David Anderson is a partner with the firm. He is licensed in California and Montana, and has been a practicing attorney for thirty-six years. For the past twenty years, he has restricted his practice to estate planning, trusts, gift and estate tax, and probate and associated litigation.
John S. Reynard III, Esq.
John has been with the firm since 2012. He brings a rich background in business management and operations. Before attending law school, he worked in many different capacities at companies that he either started on his own or founded with partners.
William D. Carey, Esq.
William “Bill” Carey is the Senior Litigation Attorney of the firm and brings an extensive background in probate litigation experience. Bill helps families resolve conflict stemming from inheritance disputes. As blended/second families become "the new normal," disputes over the transition of assets from one generation to the next become more and more common.
Kristin Canfield Derr, Esq.
Kristin joined the firm in 2013, and practices estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration and litigation.
